Extendicare is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Canada to support their critical work offering programs and support services for people living with dementia and their families. This May, our long-term care and home health care teams across the country are stepping up for the national Walk for Alzheimer’s by hosting local events with their communities and joining walks with their local Alzheimer Society chapters.
